Quantum Space provides a subscription-based WhatsApp Business integration service that enables businesses to connect their own WhatsApp Business Account to their ERP or business management system through the WhatsApp Business Platform. 

Subscription-Based Integration

Customers subscribe to the service and connect their own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's authorization process. 

Supported Systems

The service currently supports Quantum Space ERP solutions built on Odoo and Odoo Enterprise systems. Support for additional business management platforms may be provided as the service expands.

Customer Control & Data Usage

Customer Ownership and Control

Customers retain ownership and control of their WhatsApp Business Account and associated phone numbers. Access is granted explicitly by the customer through Meta's authorization process.

How We Use Meta Platform Data

Quantum Space accesses only the WhatsApp Business assets and permissions explicitly authorized by the customer. Meta Platform data is used solely to provide, operate, maintain, and support the requested WhatsApp Business integration service.

Messaging

The integration enables customers to send and receive WhatsApp business messages through their connected ERP or business management system.
